Mark oversees all day-to-day functions of the firm’s property, construction, and asset management operations. Mark, who has been active in the Long Island Commercial Real Estate and Construction industry for over 40 years, plays a key role in asset repositioning, design, construction, and feasibility analysis on acquisitions.

Prior to his role at Brent Mako, Mark founded LMJ Management and Construction in 1984. While leading LMJ, Mark constructed several million square feet of Industrial product, working alongside Long Island's largest and most innovative businesses. Presently, LMJ is owned and operated by his son, Josh. Mark sits on the board of CN Guidance and Counseling Services.
